Meet Hannah Clayshulte

Hannah Clayshulte
Associate Attorney
Ms. Clayshulte currently assists with estate planning, including drafting revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents. Ms. Clayshulte is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Illumine Legal, Ms. Clayshulte practiced for several years in a large, national law firm. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Brian R. Whitney in Denver County District Court.
Ms. Clayshulte received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During her time at the University of Wisconsin, Ms. Clayshulte interned for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and Judge Ross B.H. Buchanan of the Denver District Court. She also served as a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. Her note, How Pay-Day Loans Affect Domestic Violence Survivors and What the New CFPB Regulations Will Mean for Survivors in Wisconsin, was published in the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society in 2018. In 2019, she represented the University of Wisconsin Law School at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition in Hong Kong.
